IVF Covered by the NHSU at MIRUM Clinic

MIRUM Clinic has an agreement with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) and provides services under the assisted reproductive technologies (ART) program, including IVF. This means that couples experiencing difficulties conceiving can undergo free IVF treatment, funded by the government. The main requirement of the program is a diagnosis of infertility and that the woman is under 41 years of age, in accordance with NHSU requirements.

What Is Included in the NHSU IVF Program

As part of the program, MIRUM Clinic patients receive:

• A multidisciplinary consultation before NHSU-funded IVF
• Ovarian stimulation and monitoring
• Transvaginal follicular puncture and anesthetic support
• Sperm processing and preparation for fertilization
• Fertilization of oocytes (ICSI)
• Embryo culture
• Endometrial preparation and monitoring
• Embryo transfer into the uterine cavity
• Pregnancy diagnosis (blood test for hCG and follow-up ultrasound)
• Medications required to complete these stages

All of these stages are funded by the NHSU.
