An Individual Check-Up provides an opportunity to undergo examinations in the comfortable conditions of an inpatient facility according to a carefully designed care pathway, which is developed individually by the doctor after the initial consultation.

Day Individual Check-Up – UAH 12,500

Check-Up Includes:

• accommodation in a private day hospital room for 3 days (up to 8 hours per day)
• three balanced therapeutic meals per day for 3 days
• initial consultation with a therapist and development of an individualized plan
• follow-up consultation with a therapist, review of the results, and recommendations

24-Hour Individual Check-Up – UAH 21,500

Check-Up Includes:

• accommodation in a private inpatient room 24/7 for 3 days
• three balanced therapeutic meals per day for 3 days
• initial consultation with a therapist and development of an individualized plan
• follow-up consultation with a therapist after completion of the examinations

How the Individual Check-Up Is Designed

The Individual Check-Up does not include a pre-defined set of laboratory tests or examinations. On the first day, the therapist conducts an examination, takes a medical history, and determines the necessary scope of laboratory testing and consultations with specialists according to the patient’s health status.

On the second day, the prescribed tests and examinations are performed.

On the third day, the results are reviewed and summarized, followed by a consultation with the therapist, who explains the findings and provides further recommendations.

Important to Know

Laboratory tests, diagnostic examinations, and consultations with specialists are not included in the cost of the basic check-up and are paid for separately according to the individualized examination plan.
